Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by YallaDabka (workshops, trainings, private classes, performances, and related offers) agreed between Ihab sabbah ("Provider") and clients.

3. Subject Matter
The specific scope of services is defined by the individual agreement, offer, or booking confirmation.
4. Formation of Contract
Service descriptions on this website do not constitute a binding offer.
A contract is concluded only upon explicit acceptance by the Provider (for example, written confirmation by email).
5. Prices and Payment
The individually agreed prices apply.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the agreed payment period without deductions.
6. Client Cooperation
Clients must provide all information required for service delivery in due time.
For on-site appointments, suitable premises and conditions must be provided where agreed.
7. Cancellations and No-Show
Rescheduling or cancellation is possible if agreed in the individual case.
For short-notice cancellations, a reasonable cancellation fee may be charged where previously agreed.
8. Liability
The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damages.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Materials, concepts, and content provided by the Provider are protected by copyright.
Any use beyond the agreed purpose requires prior consent.
10. Data Protection
Information on processing personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
